Orders & Shopping
Do you sell authentic Cuban cigars?
Yes. Cigar Connoisseurs sources exclusively from authorized distributors and maintains direct relationships with producers in Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Every cigar we sell is guaranteed authentic, with proper warranty seals and traceable origin.
Do I need to be of legal age to purchase?
Yes. You must be 19 years of age or older (21+ in some jurisdictions) to purchase tobacco products from our store. Age verification is required at checkout and again at delivery.
Can I place an order by phone?
Absolutely. Our concierge team is happy to take orders, offer pairing advice, or arrange private consultations. Please contact us through the Find Us page to reach the boutique.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and to most international destinations where the import of premium cigars is permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their local laws and customs regulations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Canada typically arrive within 2โ5 business days. International orders may take 7โ14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
How are cigars packaged for shipment?
Every order ships in a humidity-controlled package with a Boveda humidity pack and protective inner wrap to maintain optimal condition during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because of the perishable and regulated nature of tobacco, cigars and cigar-related consumables are final sale once shipped. Accessories such as humidors, lighters, and cutters may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or compromised in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Cigar Care & Storage
How should I store my cigars?
Store cigars in a seasoned humidor at 65โ72% relative humidity and 65โ70ยฐF (18โ21ยฐC). Proper storage preserves flavor, structure, and burn quality for years.
How long do cigars stay fresh?
Properly humidified, premium cigars can age gracefully for many years. Most cigars actually improve with age as the leaves marry and mellow.
Do you season new humidors?
Yes. Every humidor purchased in-store can be professionally seasoned before you take it home. We also offer seasoning guidance for online purchases.

Where is your boutique located?
Our flagship boutique is at 346 Water Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 1B6, Canada โ in the heart of historic Gastown.
Do you have a lounge?
Our boutique is a retail showroom with a walk-in humidor. For private tastings, pairings, or events, please inquire directly.
Do you host tastings or pairings?
Yes. We regularly host curated tastings, whisky and rum pairings, and producer meet-and-greets. Follow us on Instagram @cigarconnoisseurs for upcoming events.
Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac in-store. International orders are processed in CAD.
Do you offer loyalty rewards?
Yes. Our Connoisseur Rewards program earns points on every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts, limited releases, and event invitations. Sign up at checkout or in-store.
